Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information collected through the LeukoGrid website, why we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: July 18, 2026

1. Who We Are

LeukoGrid provides secure learning infrastructure, coaching management software, protected content delivery, and branded education applications. This policy explains how LeukoGrid handles personal information collected through this public website.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to provide and limited technical information created when you use the website.

  • Demo and contact details, including your name, institute, work email, phone number, message, and requested requirements.
  • The product areas you select, such as video protection, secure live classes, branded apps, LMS operations, payments, exams, or marketing analytics.
  • Technical and security details, such as IP address, browser or device user agent, submission time, and related request records.
  • Administrative account and session information used only by authorized LeukoGrid personnel to manage submitted enquiries.
  • Any additional information you voluntarily send through email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, or another contact channel.
  • When integrating with third-party services like Zoom, we collect authorized integration data (such as OAuth tokens, meeting IDs, and participant metadata) strictly required to provide secure live classes and meetings via our app and the Zoom SDK.

3. How We Use Information

  • Respond to enquiries, schedule demos, and understand your institution's platform requirements.
  • Prepare service proposals, onboarding plans, and support communications you request.
  • Attribute demo requests to approved marketing campaigns, improve event matching for opted-in leads, and suppress existing customers from seeing irrelevant repeat ads.
  • Protect the website, investigate abuse, prevent spam, and maintain reliable operations.
  • Keep appropriate business records and meet applicable legal or regulatory responsibilities.
  • Improve our website, product information, and customer experience using aggregated or non-identifying insights.

4. When Information May Be Shared

LeukoGrid does not sell personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that support hosting, communications, security, or business operations; with professional advisers; when required by law; or as part of a legitimate business transfer. Those parties are expected to handle information only for the relevant purpose and with appropriate safeguards.

5. Cookies and Third-Party Services

The website uses essential cookies for secure administrative sessions and basic site operation. If you approve marketing cookies, LeukoGrid may also store first-party attribution data and Meta Pixel identifiers so browser events can be matched with server-side Conversions API events for campaign reporting and audience suppression.

With optional Measurement enabled, first-party records can include page views, bounded page-engagement milestones such as scroll depth and visible time-on-page, and clicks on contact actions such as WhatsApp, Telegram, email, phone, or map links. These records use signed pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers; matching IP, browser, and Meta identifiers are encrypted at rest.

When Marketing is also enabled, the same allowlisted milestone can be sent through Meta Pixel and the server-side Conversions API with one shared event identifier. A contact-link click shows that the link was opened; it does not confirm that a WhatsApp or Telegram message was sent or delivered.

When consent is granted, Meta-related information can include hashed identifiers derived from details you provide in the demo form, the _fbp and _fbc values, bounded referral and landing-page information, campaign parameters, and server-side event metadata. Institute names, free-text requirements, and internal notes are not sent to Meta.

Website-event retargeting is covered by the Marketing choice. Matching identifiers submitted with a demo request to a customer-list audience additionally requires the Audience matching choice. If you decline them, the demo request still works. You can reopen Privacy choices from any public page. A confirmed purchaser is marked for internal ad suppression; Meta audience delivery is reported as accepted or queued, not as a guaranteed person-level match.

After a demo submission, a signed cookie containing no contact details links later privacy-choice changes to that submitted lead. Withdrawing a choice stops eligible queued measurement and requests removal from applicable customer-list audiences; removals may take time to be accepted and processed by Meta.

Public pages also link to third-party services such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Google Maps. When you open those services, their own privacy terms apply.

6. Retention and Security

We retain enquiry and related technical records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, protect the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Website engagement events expire after 90 days. A demo request whose identifiers conflict with an existing record is kept in an encrypted, access-restricted review queue for no more than 90 days and is not sent to advertising platforms. Raw lead details and permitted attribution identifiers are encrypted at rest; separate keyed indexes support exact administrative search without storing plaintext search values. Access is role-restricted and sensitive changes are audited. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct, update, or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal, or legitimate record-keeping reasons.

8. Children's Privacy

This public business website and its demo form are intended for education providers and authorized adult representatives. Children should not submit personal information through the public demo form without appropriate parent, guardian, or institutional supervision.

9. Updates and Contact

We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The latest version will remain on this page with its updated date.

For a privacy request or question, email contact@leukogrid.com, call +880 1631-249057, or use the contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Privacy choices

Choose which optional marketing uses you allow. You can change or withdraw these choices at any time.

LeukoGrid stores only this versioned consent record in the consent cookie—never your name, email, or phone number.
